Finally, a word of warning!

Don't believe the hype, get an example first!  Most companies who convert cine film do this with a 3CDD camcorder and a cine projector set up. This is fine if you are trying a low cost transfer at home yourself and are happy to accept a low quality result on screen. However don't be duped into paying high prices for your films to be converted in this way by sending them off to a PO Box that could easily be someone's back bedroom.
